01 / Mission

An infrastructure that thinks like the workload it carries.

Co-founded by Parind Parekh and Anita Jain, Parinita delivers a secure, low-latency AI Fabric spanning from the network layer to the application layer — a nine-plane architecture deployed across 101 locations in 42 U.S. states. Through strategic partnerships with NVIDIA, Intel, and Qualcomm, we are establishing the first national distributed Edge AI fabric.

AI should feel effortless. Parinita simplifies AI.

02 / Leadership

Meet the team taking Parinita from stealth to global deployment.

Engineers, operators, and strategists from AT&T, NVIDIA, VMware, NTT, EY, Dell EMC, and the open-source standards community — building Parinita's nine-plane AI Fabric and the institutional backbone beneath it.

Parind Parekh, Co-Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder

Parind Parekh

Co-Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder

Parind is the technical visionary behind Parinita's architecture. With more than 25 years of hands-on expertise in data and IP networking — spanning IP protocol architecture, network security, application infrastructure, and large-scale data center rollouts — he has spent his career at the infrastructure layer that makes everything else possible. His professional journey began at AT&T in New York, where he led data and IP networking, before building and leading technology companies across two decades. He also holds a foundation in accounting and finance from Seton Hall University, giving him a rare combination of deep engineering instincts and financial discipline.

It was Parind's conviction — that agentic AI demands infrastructure designed from scratch for its unique demands — that sparked the founding of Parinita. As Co-CEO alongside Anita — his co-founder — he sets the technical and strategic vision for the company's nine-plane AI Fabric and leads Parinita from stealth to global deployment.

Anita Jain, Co-Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder

03 / The Name
A note on the name

Parinita is named for its two co-founders — Parind Parekh and Anita Jain. More than a naming convention, it reflects the company's origin story: a shared belief between a technologist and a legal strategist — partners in business — that the infrastructure layer of the AI economy needed to be reimagined entirely. Parinita is the result.
